Downshift and coast

El jeffe and I sat and worked up an apology and explination to someone that most assuredly deserved one. It attempted to at least set things back to 0 where casual interactions are deemed pleasant. The kind where the passing smile is honest rather than dropping instantly into a frown of cold disdain.

But, The letter was marked "Return To Sender" The deficit of non closure lingers and haunts. I guess thats why its called ghosting.

Nothing to do now but exhale and move on down the trail. Sure... a hell of a tumble was had... but a quick survey shows not much damage was really done. Damn. There were some pretty divine vistas there along the way. Now, however, the journey lies ahead and Im taking the scenic route.

Speaking of seeing straight:

I spent the day at the ER yesterday. I was concerned that my retna (part of the eye) had started to detatch. Given the extreme curvature of my eye, (-10 ) drs have always warned that its a possibility. It turned out not to be my retna but some of the visceral fluid had shifted due to aging and tugged on my retna leading to symptoms. This shifting will continue and increases the possibility of a retal detatchment and I need to stay aware and report any changes. Ive got an appt with a retna specialist in sept.

The blue dream is amost ready for harvest. It smells delicious.

Connor ... he is excelling in his studies and has really grown professionally at his internship. And as a result of his internship his social circles are broadening in all the right ways. He makes his mom proud.

Willow has 4 classes lined up for Fall and is doing as well as 1can be. Willow is very excited about the wedding and planning is moving ahead. Adult life is a bit overwhelming some times. Max and willow are managing and I am quite proud of them.

I have come to realize that I need some serious conditioning work before I can really take up dance again. Im looking into options maybe Pilates.

The happy tree friends watercooler diorama has been quickly evolving. The charactors all put back on thier skins. Then... not long after. The group size dropped by one. If I were any one of them Id be like ???
